Implementation Consultant (ERP)

What you will do

• Act as the primary implementation representative and resource for new customers.
• Lead customer sessions to document business initiatives, process gaps, reporting needs, and data analytics requirements.
• Configure and implement ERP software according to agreed timelines, budgets, scope, and methodology.
• Design processes and solutions for complex customer requirements, including data migration and system setup.
• Coordinate testing, concept validation, user acceptance testing, go-live activities, and post-go-live consulting.
• Track project administration, consulting activity, issues, and escalations with the project manager or team lead.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States for the remote role.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, supply chain, information systems, or an equivalent field.
• 1–3 years of software implementation or consulting experience.
• Strong ERP product knowledge and familiarity with business practices in manufacturing, operations, distribution, or finance.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to users with different levels of technical expertise.
• Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Higher vocational education in technical business administration or business informatics.
• Previous ERP experience.
