Functional Consultant (ERP/AI)

Location: Remote position based in the Philippines, with standard business hours aligned to the EMEA timezone.

What you will do

• Gather and analyze customer business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design, configure, and enhance ERP and business application solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and customer training sessions.
• Support testing and quality assurance, troubleshoot client issues, and provide ongoing implementation support.
• Document processes, configurations, and customizations while communicating progress and managing expectations.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution presentations and proposal development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in functional consulting within the fintech industry.
• Experience with enterprise software implementation projects, preferably ERP, CRM, or similar business applications.
• Understanding of business processes and the ability to analyze and document complex requirements.
• Project management, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Fluent English and availability to work standard EMEA business hours are required.
