What you will do

• Collect, translate, enter, and reconcile prior wage, payroll tax, and deduction data for new client worksite employees.
• Research discrepancies, validate FEIN and merger or acquisition successorship information, and support client resolution processes.
• Guide clients through wage and tax transitions and explain SBEA, payroll, tax, and CPEO compliance requirements.
• Research federal, state, and local minimum wage and premium overtime requirements and prepare supporting documentation.
• Provide statistical reporting, backup support, audit assistance, and follow-up on internal and external compliance requests.
• Support Retro Benefit Deduction training, process improvements, and payroll compliance system enhancements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of experience in a high-growth payroll service bureau onboarding operation or a related field.
• Experience with payroll tax data, prior wages, deductions, and compliance documentation.
• Ability to research regulations, reconcile data accurately, and resolve discrepancies.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and collaborate with payroll, onboarding, sales, and service teams.

Nice to have

• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification.
