What you will do

• Support regular, off-cycle, and termination payroll processing for the Asia Pacific region.
• Maintain employee records covering onboarding, terminations, leave, and payroll variations.
• Monitor payroll legislation and support compliance with country requirements.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance to provide payroll data and resolve routine queries.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly payroll reports using established templates.
• Update payroll documentation and participate in continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

• 2+ years of payroll processing experience, particularly with Asia Pacific countries; fresh graduates are also welcome.
• Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or professional qualification in HR, Finance, Statistics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Ability to maintain accurate payroll records and follow compliance requirements.
• Ability to handle routine employee payroll queries and escalate complex issues when needed.
