Senior Solution Architect (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Canada, Montreal, Quebec

What you will do

• Advise customers by translating business challenges into scalable technical solutions.
• Lead solution design, architecture, and implementation of hirify.global’s AI relevance platform across customer digital ecosystems.
• Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leaders to align goals and technology standards.
• Guide governance, planning, and delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage requirements, maintain documentation, and support delivery teams using Agile methodologies.
• Share customer feedback with product management and customer success teams to improve future implementations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in business analysis, solution architecture, or similar client-facing technical roles.
• Experience delivering software or cloud implementation projects in professional services or consulting.
• Strong organizational skills and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical, business, and executive audiences.
• Ability to work in a hybrid role based in Canada, Montreal, Quebec.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud, AI, and hosted solutions such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, SharePoint, or commerce platforms.
• Customer-facing consulting experience and a strong advisor mindset.
• Ability to write simple scripts in Python or similar programming languages.
• Salesforce or commerce platform experience; certification is an asset.
