Solutions Architect - Professional Services

Location: Remote within Canada, with options to work full time from the Toronto office, hybrid throughout the week, or entirely remotely. Travel to client sites may be required.

Base salary: CA$106,250–CA$143,750 per year.

What you will do

• Lead the architectural design and technical delivery of Vena implementation projects.
• Support configuration and testing while identifying and communicating project risks.
• Facilitate customer workshops to gather business and technical requirements and align them with scope and budget.
• Translate existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business problems into well-designed solutions using the Vena platform.
• Advise customers on change management, business process design, process improvements, analytics, and solution optimization.
• Provide project feedback, enable Professional Services colleagues, and collaborate with Product Management on customer feedback and new features.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience implementing CPM or cloud FP&A solutions.
• Subject matter expertise in FP&A planning and reporting.
• Knowledge of formal implementation methodologies, including requirements gathering and solution design.
• Strong organization, problem-solving, analytical, and business modeling skills.
• Confident communication with stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
• Ability to work remotely from Canada or from the Toronto office.
