What you will do

• Lead design-led thinking sessions and discovery workshops to identify AI application opportunities.
• Translate design insights into repeatable Copilot and agent scenarios across various business contexts.
• Partner with architects and engineers to ensure scalable implementation of AI solutions.
• Design and execute enablement strategies, including Prompt-a-thons and role-specific learning journeys.
• Create enablement assets such as playbooks, prompt libraries, and internal sites.
• Define and measure success through sustained capability, productivity, and efficiency metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field.
• Experience leading enablement, adoption, or change management efforts.
• Strong facilitation skills for leading workshops and design-led thinking sessions.
• Prosci certification or formal training in change management.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform.
• Must be based in the US.

Nice to have

• Microsoft certifications: AB 900, AB 100, AB 730, AB 731, AI 900, or AI 102.
• Exposure to governance, security, or responsible AI in enterprise environments.
