Salary: $215,800–$274,900 USD base salary per year, plus equity awards and other benefits.

What you will do

• Define and evolve hirify.global's global instructor development strategy with senior content and instructor leadership.
• Establish coaching frameworks, development standards, evaluation rubrics, and best practices for instructor growth and performance.
• Own global instructor casting architecture, including talent sourcing, auditions, selection criteria, and long-term talent pipelines.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the New York-based Talent Producer team while guiding its transition toward dedicated talent development coaching.
• Partner with regional Instructor Development teams to align coaching methodologies and casting execution across international markets.
• Advise senior leadership on succession planning, talent investments, contract renewals, and long-term instructor growth.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in talent development, casting, or performance coaching, including global talent initiatives and production.
• Significant experience developing, casting, and coaching instructors or on-camera talent.
• Demonstrated success leading high-performing creative or talent development teams.
• Strong understanding of brand development, performance coaching, and talent strategy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level consensus building.
• Proven commitment to diverse teams and inclusive talent development environments.
