Sr. Director - Global VCA Strategy (Fintech): Shaping and governing global strategy, operating model design, resource planning, and performance management for Consulting & Analytics with an accent on executive alignment, organizational transformation, and measurable execution. Focus on designing multi-year strategic bets, governing OKRs and Quarterly Business Reviews, and solving complex resource, location, profitability, and cross-functional alignment challenges.
Location: San Francisco, California, United States; hybrid work with at least 3 days in the office. Travel is required 5–10% of the time.
Salary: $179,300–$369,000 USD per year, with potential bonus, equity, and sales incentive payments where applicable.

What you will do
- Lead VCA’s global strategic planning, execution governance, growth priorities, and multi-year strategic bets.
- Redesign and evolve the global operating model, organizational structure, governance forums, decision rights, and accountability frameworks.
- Define and govern resource, workforce, headcount, hiring, capability, and geographic location strategies across regions and practices.
- Translate strategic priorities into cross-functional objectives, OKRs, performance metrics, roadmaps, milestones, and ownership structures.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews, synthesize regional and functional performance, identify risks and dependencies, and drive follow-through on executive decisions.
- Direct organizational effectiveness, continuous improvement, profitability, growth, capability development, and transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 10 years with an advanced degree, or 5 years with a PhD.
- Preferred: 15+ years with a bachelor’s degree, 12+ years with an advanced degree, or 9+ years with a PhD.
- Experience in enterprise strategy, global business planning, operating model design, organizational transformation, or performance management within a complex matrixed organization.
- Background in management consulting, corporate strategy, business transformation, financial services, payments, technology, professional services, or a related strategic function.
- Executive-level strategic thinking, structured problem-solving, analytical rigor, business judgment, and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders across regions and functions, manage ambiguity, lead change, and handle sensitive organizational and resource topics with discretion.
