Sr Divisional Strategy Consultant (Healthcare)

Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States

Base pay: $61,500–$136,100 annually, plus eligibility for an annual incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Support short-term and long-term divisional planning and execution of business strategies.
• Advise leadership teams on strategic, analytical, and data needs across the division and functional areas.
• Identify and track strategic opportunities and support governance processes for their evaluation.
• Develop end-to-end reports by coordinating with business, technical, and analytical teams.
• Research competitive and market information and integrate findings into divisional strategy.
• Gather data, facilitate discussions, identify issues, and communicate analytical findings to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience, a master's or professional degree with 4 years of experience, or 7 years of relevant experience in strategic planning, market research, network management, product development, healthcare, or consulting.
• Experience with business analytics, information synthesis, strategic planning techniques, and industry trends.
• Project management experience, including organization, prioritization, problem solving, and communication.
• Experience managing complex corporate projects in a matrixed environment and working across multiple departments and organizational levels.
• Presentation and group facilitation experience with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access, including strong Excel skills.
