Senior Consumer Experience Analyst (Healthcare)

Location: Remote in Missouri, United States; 90% remote with 10% travel for office meetings and training. Eastern or Central time zone candidates are strongly preferred.

Salary: $70,100–$126,200 per year.

What you will do

• Use analytical techniques, consumer research data, call center reports, and other data sources to address business objectives.
• Manage analytics applications and resources related to consumer activity.
• Evaluate consumer campaigns and outreach, track effectiveness, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Develop and maintain member experience processes and journey maps using member insights and performance metrics.
• Analyze consumer activity across business lines, run A/B tests, and support user acceptance testing.
• Communicate findings, conclusions, and recommendations to stakeholders while supporting workflow design and business requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Four to six years of professional data extraction, reporting, and analysis experience.
• At least three years of data collection and analysis experience in a consumer-oriented industry.
• Experience with stakeholder engagement, journey mapping, cross-functional initiatives, and translating business requirements into functional outcomes.
• Ability to work remotely in the United States and travel 10% for office meetings and training.

Nice to have

• Healthcare experience.
• Previous experience with Microsoft Access.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from discovery through implementation.
