Location: Remote field-based role for candidates currently residing in Arizona, Utah, Nevada, or New Mexico, preferably near Phoenix or Scottsdale. Travel of 60–80% is required, including customer meetings, scientific congresses, and internal meetings; proximity to an airline hub is expected. Weekend work may be required.
Annual base salary: $176,600–$294,300, plus a 20% bonus target and eligibility for a share-based long-term incentive program.

What you will do
- Develop and execute compliant medical engagement strategies for malignant hematology stakeholders across the assigned Southwest territory.
- Provide scientifically accurate information on medicines, disease states, clinical data, and relevant medical topics to healthcare professionals and internal partners.
- Identify clinical trial sites, including sites serving under-represented patient populations, and support Investigator Sponsored Research activities.
- Deliver local patient organization insights and collaborate with patient advocacy, Corporate Affairs, Oncology R&D, Global Product Development, and Medical Affairs colleagues.
- Lead assigned assets, participate in cross-functional committees, and represent Medical Affairs with clinical and professional associations.
- Mentor colleagues and onboarding partners while managing multiple projects and adapting to organizational change.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a health science and relevant experience: PharmD/PhD with 5+ years, MBA/MSc with 7+ years, or BA/BSc with 8+ years.
- Subject matter expertise in malignant hematology and strong understanding of study design, methodology, data analysis, and interpretation.
- Current residence in Arizona, Utah, Nevada, or New Mexico is required.
- Excellent oral and written communication, judgment, prioritization, problem-solving, and collaboration skills in a matrixed environment.
- Permanent U.S. work authorization is required; U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
- Ability to operate a company car, fly regularly, and travel 60–80% of the time is required.
Nice to have
- PharmD, PhD, or another equivalent terminal doctoral degree.
- Previous field medical experience and an established healthcare professional network in the territory.
- Clinical experience in malignant hematology and familiarity with relevant SOPs, regulations, and customer-interaction requirements.
- Experience mentoring, coaching, influencing peers, and leading cross-functional initiatives.
