MBA Strategy & Consulting Summer Associate (Healthcare)

Location: New York City, United States; expected to work from hirify.global's New York Headquarters 4 days a week.

Salary: $88,500–$147,500 annual base salary.

What you will do

• Manage workstreams across strategy projects covering market development, customer needs, competitive advantage, and market or product prioritization.
• Contribute to annual strategic plans and aligned strategic action plans.
• Analyze healthcare market dynamics, trends, competitor strategies, and external signals affecting business performance.
• Assess opportunities and translate market and competitive insights into strategic implications and recommendations.
• Work with business unit partners and corporate functional leads to clarify needs and communicate opportunity evaluations.
• Participate in hands-on project experiences and role-specific professional development activities.

Requirements

• Must be enrolled in a full-time MBA program as a first-year student graduating in Spring 2028.
• Minimum bachelor's degree and 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in commercial, corporate, or R&D biopharmaceutical functions involving strategy development or strategic initiatives.
• Understanding of U.S. and global healthcare and biopharmaceutical market dynamics, competitor strategies, finance, P&L implications, and the drug development process.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, communication, presentation, collaboration, and facilitation skills.
• Must have permanent or indefinitely renewable authorization to work in the United States by any employer; visa and green card sponsorship are not available.
