Corporate Strategy Lead (Healthcare)

Location: Hybrid work with 2 to 3 in-office days per week in Louisville, KY, or Arlington, VA; candidates in or willing to relocate to Chicago or Nashville are also considered. Occasional travel to hirify.global offices may be required. Relocation assistance is available.

Salary: $138,900–$191,100 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Lead strategic analyses and recommendations for high-priority enterprise initiatives.
• Identify and evaluate growth opportunities across business lines, markets, partnerships, and acquisitions.
• Develop business cases and support investment and innovation decisions.
• Facilitate discussions with business leaders and manage cross-functional stakeholders.
• Translate strategic recommendations into actionable implementation plans.
• Manage project workstreams and mentor analysts on execution and analytical approaches.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of consulting, corporate strategy, or other relevant strategic experience.
• Strong quantitative analysis, research, and financial modeling skills.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems, generate and test hypotheses, and synthesize complex information for executives.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule with 2 to 3 in-office days per week in an eligible U.S. location.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in business, health administration, or a related field from a top-tier program.
• Experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, or corporate development.
• Healthcare experience, especially in the payer industry.
