Location: Fully remote within the United States; candidates must be US-based and able to work US business hours.

Salary: Senior II: $185,000–$210,000 plus equity; Staff: $215,000–$245,000 plus equity.

What you will do

• Own the Contracts product vision, roadmap, business cases, and execution across multiple workstreams.
• Design, develop, and pressure-test contracting solutions for payer and provider users.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to develop and refine models for contract understanding and financial insights.
• Drive product adoption by incorporating customer feedback and behavioral data into continuous workflow improvements.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, Sales, Product, and healthcare reimbursement subject-matter experts to support contract execution, compliance, and revenue realization.
• Build customer and partner relationships and represent the product in contracting-related discussions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with B2B SaaS workflow tools, preferably in contracting, document management, or financial modeling.
• Deep expertise in managed care, revenue cycle, and healthcare reimbursement processes is required.
• Experience owning B2B product initiatives that add AI or machine learning to manual workflows or document repositories.
• Strong systems-level thinking, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-influence skills.
• Fluency with legal and compliance requirements for healthcare or technology contracting.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and knowledge.
