Cost Engineer (Data Center Construction)

Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin, US; hybrid onsite work at the Data Center Campus is required.

What you will do

• Attend key meetings and design reviews, monitor progress, and communicate cost and delivery impacts.
• Participate in site walks with the general contractor, Cost Manager, and client project manager.
• Prepare detailed estimates, cost reports, and analyses by consolidating project data.
• Maintain accurate project change management logs.
• Collaborate with the wider Cost Management team on complex client tasks.
• Monitor project financial close-out and vendor settlements.

Requirements

• Degree or comparable experience in project management or construction.
• Experience in pre- and post-contract cost management across varied projects.
• Chartered status or active progress toward chartership.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Availability for hybrid onsite work at the Data Center Campus in Milwaukee is required.
