Location: Hybrid position based in Vienna, Austria or London, United Kingdom

Salary: €55,000 – €75,000 gross per annum plus variable compensation target of €32,000 gross per annum

What you will do

  • Drive revenue growth through strategic upsells and cross-sells aligned with evolving AI analytics and data quality capabilities.
  • Identify commercial opportunities and build data-backed business cases demonstrating measurable ROI.
  • Exceed Net Revenue Retention targets by unlocking new revenue streams and minimizing contraction.
  • Build deep relationships with executive stakeholders to influence and elevate commercial positioning.
  • Manage commercial execution end-to-end from opportunity spotting to deal closing and internal alignment.
  • Maintain rigorous CRM documentation and champion the customer’s voice across internal teams.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in or able to work from Vienna, Austria or London, United Kingdom.
  • Language: Fluency in German (native or bilingual, C2) and English required.
  • Proven track record in SaaS sales, ideally in Data Platform or AdTech/MarTech environments.
  • Strong sales instincts with success in upsell and cross-sell opportunities and executive stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Gainsight) and effective use of AI tools for productivity.
  • Self-directed with strong financial and strategic acumen focused on growth.
