What you will do

• Provide PMO and coordination support for strategic transformational change initiatives.
• Prepare presentations, training materials, workshop content, steering committee materials, and senior management updates.
• Coordinate meetings and workshops, including agendas, minutes, action tracking, and follow-up.
• Support communications, training assets, toolkits, change readiness, and adoption tracking.
• Consolidate project information and highlight deadlines, dependencies, risks, and delivery issues.
• Contribute to improving transformational change management methods and templates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, psychology, human resources, organisational development, or a related field; alternatively, a banking apprenticeship with relevant further education.
• Initial experience from an internship, graduate programme, apprenticeship, or entry-level role in project management, transformation, change, consulting, communications, or HR.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail, communication, analytical, and follow-through skills.
• Fluent English is required.
• Collaborative, proactive, delivery-oriented, and curious approach to people-centric transformation.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, wealth management, private banking, or another regulated environment.
• Banking apprenticeship experience.
• German or additional language skills.
