Senior Manager, Portfolio Management (AI)

What you will do

• Manage delivery of digital initiatives across scope, schedule, resources, budget, and outcomes.
• Build and maintain integrated portfolio plans covering workstreams, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Coordinate agile planning, sprint and release logistics, UAT, business readiness, cutovers, and post-release hyper-care.
• Lead governance forums, maintain RAID logs and project documentation, and prepare executive-ready Planview dashboards.
• Coordinate business, IT, data, operations, compliance, vendors, and regional or corporate stakeholders.
• Support change management, training, communications, organizational adoption, and continuous improvement of delivery standards.

Requirements

• University degree from a recognized institution.
• At least 10 years of relevant project management experience with a proven track record.
• Hands-on knowledge of project management methodologies and Agile principles.
• Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and experience with change management and organizational transformation.
• Experience working with executive teams and C-suites.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese.
