Senior Manager, Portfolio Management

What you will do

• Manage portfolio plans, workstreams, milestones, dependencies, critical paths, and delivery cadences across digital initiatives.
• Drive day-to-day project execution, including scope, schedules, resources, governance forums, release activities, cutovers, and post-release support.
• Maintain RAID logs, dependency maps, project documentation, dashboards, and other portfolio artifacts in Planview and related tools.
• Coordinate business, IT, data, technology, operations, compliance, vendors, and regional or corporate stakeholders.
• Support budget forecasting, procurement, vendor performance, change management, training, communications, and operational readiness.
• Improve delivery standards, governance, reporting quality, and predictability across the Distribution portfolio.

Requirements

• University degree from a recognized institution.
• At least 10 years of relevant project management experience with a proven track record.
• Hands-on knowledge of project management methodologies, Agile principles, governance, risk management, and organizational transformation.
• Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and experience working with executive teams and C-suites.
• Excellent English and Cantonese communication skills required.
• Experience in end-to-end insurance operations and AI project management is advantageous.
