AI Strategy and Operating Model Consultant (Corporate Functions)

What you will do

• Develop AI, digital and technology strategies across Finance, Risk, Legal, Compliance, HR, Audit and other corporate functions.
• Create Board papers, ExCo presentations, strategy papers, business cases and implementation roadmaps.
• Design future-state operating models, governance structures, decision rights and ways of working.
• Facilitate design-thinking, operating model and senior stakeholder workshops.
• Identify AI-enabled optimisation opportunities and develop recommendations for sustainable adoption.
• Partner with Technology, Data, Architecture and Business teams to translate strategy into execution plans.

Requirements

• Experience in strategy consulting, operating model consulting, transformation strategy or an equivalent field.
• Strong structured problem-solving, analytical and business-case development skills.
• Exceptional PowerPoint, executive communication and storytelling capabilities.
• Experience presenting to and influencing Directors, ExCo-1 leaders and executive forums.
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to provide constructive challenge.
• Understanding of AI, automation, data and digital transformation, ideally within a large financial services organisation.

Nice to have

• Background in management consulting, technology strategy, AI strategy, business design or corporate functions transformation.
• Experience in financial services transformation.
