Senior Product Manager, Growth (AI)

Base pay: $181,100–$213,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Own experimentation-driven product-led growth across onboarding, activation, retention, monetization, and expansion.
• Build AI-powered experiences using LLMs, predictive logic, and smart automation to reduce friction and accelerate customer value.
• Increase cross-sell and product adoption across hotels, flights, cars, groups, Direct Bill, FlexPro, and Rewards.
• Connect product intent signals with sales and account teams to combine self-serve and assisted growth.
• Design and run A/B tests, interpret results with data teams, and scale successful initiatives.
• Align hirify.globalering, design, data, sales, account management, and marketing around growth objectives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on product management experience, ideally with a self-serve or product-led B2B product.
• Experience owning conversion or revenue metrics and improving at least two of acquisition, activation, expansion, or retention.
• Strong analytical, experimentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with AI prototyping, small product fixes, and data analysis.
• Fluency with experimentation and analytics tools such as Amplitude, LaunchDarkly, and SQL.
• Ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
