Product Manager (AI)

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $150,000–$185,000 base salary per year, plus a discretionary bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the vision, roadmap, and expansion of Protect AI, Protect Seniors, and new healthcare products.
• Work with Product, Engineering, Data Science, AI, Clinical, Operations, and customers to identify clinical and business needs.
• Design and deliver platform capabilities, API specifications, data products, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Write detailed product requirements, maintain traceability across releases, and review technical design documents.
• Define success metrics and customer reporting, including metrics, presentations, and spreadsheets.
• Lead product planning, documentation, testing, delivery, stakeholder communication, and AI-assisted discovery.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant professional experience in product management, engineering, or related roles.
• Strong technical background with platforms, APIs, data, and products that do not rely primarily on user interfaces.
• Healthcare experience, ideally in healthcare SaaS or health technology.
• Working knowledge of SQL, Python, and JSON, with the ability to analyze data for product and business questions.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for rapid prototyping and comfort working with AI-forward products.
• Experience writing detailed requirements, reviewing technical designs, collaborating with customers, and communicating clearly in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Databricks.
• Clinical or healthcare training, such as nursing, medical school, or a biomedical background.
• Exposure to radiology.
• Experience at a large technology company.
