Salary: $213,000–$271,000 annual base salary

What you will do

• Oversee the design and expansion of computer and data infrastructure, including internal hardware and public and private cloud solutions.
• Lead automated testing standards, tools, and processes supporting reliable business operations.
• Monitor application health, service performance, production risks, costs, and change management.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve application and infrastructure issues while reducing recurring operational errors.
• Manage production incidents and coordinate with users, application owners, vendors, and internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop sustainable services through automation, performance tuning, database queries, business continuity planning, and disaster recovery.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, or a related field plus 3 years of relevant experience, or a bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with application performance tuning and troubleshooting using Oracle, code debugging, or log analysis.
• Software development experience with UNIX, Shell scripting, or Python.
• Experience designing and supporting database systems using technologies such as DB2 or Sybase ASE.
• Full Software Development Life Cycle experience, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, release, and support.
• Experience with SQL performance tuning, query execution plans, disaster recovery, and Windows systems management platforms such as Microsoft Configuration Manager.
