Information Systems Engineer (SaaS Integrations)

Location: United States; telecommuting is permitted. Availability to work on projects at various, unanticipated U.S. sites is required.

Salary: $202,112–$234,000 per year, with potential bonuses, stock grants, and benefits.

What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain integrations between enterprise SaaS platforms such as Airtable, Productboard, Jira, and other collaboration tools.
• Build automated workflows and services using RESTful APIs, event-driven architectures, Python, and JavaScript.
• Develop APIs and middleware to transform and normalize data across systems.
• Implement OAuth, API keys, SSO, access controls, alerting, and remediation workflows.
• Support platform migrations, production rollouts, troubleshooting, and strategic tooling decisions.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, security, and other stakeholders to deliver secure technical solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least five years of relevant professional experience.
• Five years of experience with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, Bash/PowerShell, JSON, XML, and CSV.
• Five years of experience applying GDPR and corporate security policies.
• At least two years of experience with RESTful APIs, OAuth, webhooks, deployment tools, AWS, Azure, and enterprise integration support.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Jira, and Confluence.
