Legal Counsel – IT & Data Protection (E-commerce)

What you will do

• Provide independent legal advice on data protection in daily operations and strategic projects.
• Support the development and implementation of e-commerce projects, IT systems, business processes, and contracts.
• Advise on general legal matters related to e-commerce at national and international level.
• Provide privacy support for complex transactions and restructurings.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external law firms.
• Work directly with the Director of Legal & Compliance.

Requirements

• Completed law studies and both German State Examinations in Law.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in an international law firm or company.
• Fluent German and English, written and spoken.
• Strong interest in technology and the ability to learn new digital and legal topics quickly.
• Structured, solution-oriented communication and the ability to understand complex matters.
• Team-oriented, flexible, proactive, and comfortable working with diverse stakeholders.
