Legal Counsel (iGaming)

Location: Cyprus, hybrid work model

Omnichannel technology solutions provider serving the sportsbook and iGaming industry, with a focus on emerging markets.

What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate supplier, service, consultancy, NDA, software, technology, and licensing agreements.
• Provide practical legal advice to internal teams and senior management on day-to-day business matters.
• Manage corporate matters including incorporations, approvals, resolutions, director and shareholder changes, and powers of attorney.
• Support licensing and regulatory work across multiple jurisdictions in coordination with external counsel, regulators, and advisers.
• Strengthen KYC, AML, due diligence, data protection, privacy, employment, and internal compliance processes.
• Monitor legal developments and coordinate external lawyers, regulators, banks, and professional advisers.

Requirements

• LLB or equivalent bachelor's degree in law.
• Admission to the Cyprus Bar Association.
• At least three years of post-qualification experience in an in-house legal role.
• Strong experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Good understanding of corporate and commercial law, with the ability to manage multiple matters independently.
• Fluent Greek and English, both written and spoken, required.
