What you will do

• Lead and further develop the global Automotive Legal team through disciplinary and functional management.
• Shape the automotive legal function, including processes, standards, contract templates, and general terms and conditions.
• Advise business units, group companies, and the management board on national and international commercial and antitrust law.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts with customers, suppliers, and technology partners.
• Manage litigation and disputes, including coordination with external law firms.
• Deliver legal training and collaborate with purchasing, sales, engineering, quality, and international legal teams.

Requirements

• Fully qualified lawyer with two above-average state examinations.
• Several years of professional experience in the automotive sector, including an OEM, supplier, or consulting environment.
• Strong expertise in customer and supplier contracts, product liability, claims and litigation, and antitrust law.
• Proven leadership experience and the ability to work independently with strong business acumen.
• Business-fluent German and English required.
• Professional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills in an international environment.
