What you will do

• Support the review, drafting, and negotiation of sales, marketing, IT, and other commercial agreements.
• Advise Sales, Customer Success, and other operational teams on contractual processes and legal best practices.
• Support GDPR compliance activities, including maintaining the ROPA and reviewing data processing agreements.
• Monitor the AI Act, Data Act, and other applicable regulations and help translate them into internal processes and contract clauses.
• Maintain the contract library and optimize legal workflows with AI.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master's degree in law, ideally focused on data protection, IT law, or business law.
• A school internship agreement (convention de stage) covering the full 6-month internship is required; this is not an apprenticeship or work-study contract.
• Previous experience in a law firm or a company's commercial legal department, such as an internship.
• Ability and willingness to review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts independently while handling a steady workload.
• Fluent French and English, written and spoken.
• Curiosity about commercial contexts, practical problem-solving, and the ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.

Nice to have

• Interest in AI technologies and their legal implications, including the EU AI Act.
