What you will do

• Lead multi-disciplinary teams through complex consulting engagements for the largest public sector accounts.
• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with CXO-level stakeholders to create strategic change agendas.
• Drive profitable growth by managing revenue targets, signings, and the conversion of business development pipelines.
• Oversee the design and delivery of high-value engagements, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction (NPS).
• Develop industry thought leadership and external eminence to strengthen the organizational brand.
• Mentor and grow high-performing multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of curiosity and innovation.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in client engagement and relationship management at the CXO level.
• Proven track record of executing complex projects within consulting or public sector environments.
• Deep expertise in major Italian public institutions (central and local).
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing margins and driving revenue growth.
• Deep understanding of cloud transformation, cybersecurity, and AI technology trends.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and scale high-performing multidisciplinary teams.
