What you will do

• Assist with minor CNC program modifications, machine setups, and operation of CNC and manual equipment.
• Inspect parts using precision measuring tools and maintain required quality standards.
• Identify and report machining or equipment issues, escalating complex problems to senior machinists.
• Support process improvement initiatives, including cycle-time reduction and safety improvements.
• Maintain setup and tooling records, monitor machine performance, and assist with preventive maintenance.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and other departments to meet production goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 1 year of machining experience with lathes and mills, or equivalent education.
• Understanding of applicable laws, regulations, codes, and safety procedures.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and move around a manufacturing floor.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds and wear required personal protective equipment.
• Employment eligibility, background checks, and required pre-employment testing must be successfully completed.
