What you will do

• Operate machinery and load materials to support production operations.
• Monitor production output and maintain strict product quality standards.
• Perform cutoff roll operations and restart boilers/compressors as needed.
• Apply cement throughout the production process and blast rolls when required.
• Assist in training team members and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain facility housekeeping and adhere to all safety procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, machine operation, or industrial environments.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate production equipment safely.
• Ability to lift, move, pack, and handle production materials throughout the shift.
• Willingness to wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment physical and drug screen.
