Maintenance Coordinator

Location: Ashburn, Virginia, United States; on-site, Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.

What you will do

• Plan and manage the master preventive maintenance schedule across facility systems.
• Coordinate maintenance execution with Infrastructure teams, vendors, and Operations leadership.
• Create, maintain, and secure approvals for Methods of Procedure (MOPs).
• Track work in real time, resolve scheduling conflicts, and escalate operational risks.
• Coordinate vendor onboarding, materials, services, and readiness for scheduled work.
• Maintain audit-ready records and provide leadership with clear updates on maintenance status, backlog, and recurring issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in maintenance coordination, facilities operations, or a similar role.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs or CMMS platforms.
• Strong coordination skills with vendors, technical teams, and operational stakeholders.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, adapt to changing site conditions, and follow through with urgency.
• Strong computer skills with scheduling tools, spreadsheets, documentation systems, email, reporting, and procurement workflows.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship or transfer of sponsorship is not available, including CPT/OPT.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in facilities, operations, or a related field.
• Experience in data centers, critical facilities, or other high-availability environments.
