Maintenance Planner & MRO Coordinator (Contract)

What you will do

• Track, schedule, and follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance work orders in the CMMS.
• Coordinate daily tool crib operations, spare-parts inventory, and cycle counts.
• Create purchase requisitions, expedite critical orders, and monitor the maintenance budget.
• Evaluate machinery and parts criticality to establish inventory levels that reduce downtime and control costs.
• Partner with maintenance technicians to identify parts using technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.

Requirements

• Technical diploma, associate degree, bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering, or a related technical trade.
• At least 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance, MRO, or plant engineering.
• Ability to read mechanical blueprints, electrical and pneumatic schematics, and technical manuals.
• Advanced experience with CMMS platforms such as SAP PM, Maximo, or Fiix, plus ERP procurement and inventory tools.
• Experience with budget administration, reliability concepts, risk-based inventory planning, and 5S methodology.
