What you will do

• Lead complex, strategic cross-divisional initiatives in partnership with product, design, engineering, and operations teams.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle, including scoping, planning, risk management, and status reporting.
• Run governance forums with senior leadership to provide transparency on project progress, timelines, and budgets.
• Identify and remove program-level impediments by leveraging stakeholder relationships.
• Collaborate with product owners to define strategic roadmaps and refine demand backlogs.
• Define quality assurance and testing approaches while coaching teams on best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 7-12 years of relevant experience in business analysis, project, or program management.
• Must have Finance Industry experience.
• Proven track record of delivering results in cross-functional settings on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders outside of direct control.
• Hands-on approach to coaching teams and driving performance.

Nice to have

• Experience in technology strategy, management consulting, or client service functions.
• Knowledge of automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence.
• Familiarity with OKR frameworks and roadmaps.
