Sr. Manager Information Technology (AI)

Location: Onsite five days a week in East Peoria, Illinois, or Irving, Texas, United States. Relocation is available. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $172,630–$258,950 per year

What you will do

• Lead a group delivering scalable digital capabilities for the Modern Manufacturing Transformation.
• Guide the development of generative AI solutions, including digital twins and digital assistants.
• Manage end-to-end program and portfolio delivery across multiple business units and technology teams.
• Prioritize demand, resources, investments, and business cases to achieve strategic outcomes.
• Maintain the stability, health, availability, and lifecycle management of technology products and services.
• Lead governance, risk, issue, dependency, release, cybersecurity, compliance, and stakeholder management.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience leading complex business and technology initiatives.
• Experience managing enterprise-scale programs across multiple business units and technology teams.
• Expertise in strategic planning, portfolio prioritization, program and project management, and deployment execution.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, hybrid delivery methodologies, product delivery, enterprise governance, SDLC, DevOps, and platform delivery practices.
• Strong executive communication, leadership, negotiation, decision-making, risk management, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
