Senior HR Business Partner (Pharmacy)

Location: Phoenix, Arizona, United States; on-site five days per week. Schedule is approximately 7:00–3:30 or 7:30–4:00 MST, with travel required 2–4 times per year.

Salary: $86,300–$118,700 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Manage annual compensation planning, talent reviews, and development planning.
• Partner with and coach site leadership across the pharmacy operation.
• Use workforce data to develop and execute talent strategies.
• Coach leaders through organizational change and support effective change leadership.
• Partner with HR Shared Services on investigations and performance management.
• Identify site needs and advocate for resources and solutions that improve business outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience within a Pharmacy organization or in HR at an on-site distribution facility.
• Effective verbal communication and the ability to work with leaders across multiple channels.
• Experience working directly with multiple levels of leadership.
• Learning agility and strong problem-solving skills in complex business situations.
• Ability to work on-site at the Phoenix facility five days per week.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• Prior leadership experience, particularly as a Pharmacy Supervisor or Manager.
• Bilingual Spanish skills.
