Salary: $180,000–$230,000 annual total compensation.

What you will do

• Direct financial statements, tax and governmental reporting, monthly closing, cash flow, banking, working capital, and transfer pricing.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, financial planning, KPI reviews, cost-center structures, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Analyze operations, customer margins, business cases, expansion opportunities, and capital expenditure projects.
• Support purchasing and lead strategic supplier negotiations and cost-saving initiatives.
• Lead Accounting, Controlling, and HR department heads while partnering with US and European executive leadership.
• Drive ERP enhancements and software implementations, and support M&A and post-merger integration projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance; a Master’s degree, MBA, or CPA is preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including 5+ years in strategic purchasing and supplier negotiations.
• At least 5 years of manufacturing accounting experience; pharmaceutical packaging experience is a strong advantage.
• Strong knowledge of accrual accounting, US GAAP, IFRS/HGB, WIP accounting, job costing, and project-based cost accounting.
• Excellent management, analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to support cross-cultural collaboration.
• Hands-on ERP experience is required; SAP experience is a strong advantage.

• Master’s degree in Finance, MBA, or CPA certification.
