What you will do

• Review financial reporting packages and workpapers for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
• Analyze benchmarking data and KPIs to deliver actionable client insights.
• Lead, coach, and develop staff and senior accountants.
• Provide technical accounting guidance on complex manufacturing issues.
• Support the development of budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Collaborate with offshore teams to enhance service delivery and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• 4–6 years of accounting experience, including exposure to manufacturing environments.
• 3+ years of experience leading and developing teams.
• Knowledge of manufacturing accounting concepts (WIP, inventory, job costing, COGS).
• Must be based in the US.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Nice to have

• CPA, CMA, or similar certification.
• Experience with accounting/ERP systems such as NetSuite, QuickBooks Online, Fishbowl, or Katana.
