What you will do

• Lead a team of face-to-face sales ambassadors in venues and support them in winning new business.
• Drive achievement of sales targets through clear goals, regular one-to-one coaching, and actionable feedback.

• Ensure positive customer interactions and use customer feedback to improve performance.
• Represent hirify.global’s tariffs, technology, and products while leading by example in the field.

Requirements

• Experience in face-to-face sales, ideally in a customer-focused environment.
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points required.
• Leadership style that inspires, supports, and develops others.
• Ability to give honest, constructive feedback that builds confidence.
• Self-starting approach with ownership and a results-oriented mindset.
• Availability for weekend and evening shifts required.
