Talent Acquisition Partner (Beauty/Recruitment): Managing full-cycle recruitment for Sales and Partner Success teams in the DACH region with an accent on proactive sourcing and candidate experience. Location: Hybrid in Berlin, Germany (3 days office, 2 days home)
Salary: around €65,000 OTE

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process for Sales and Partner Success roles from junior to senior levels.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
- Build and nurture diverse talent pipelines through proactive and creative sourcing strategies.
- Create authentic job descriptions and maintain a seamless candidate journey.
- Manage the HR tech stack, including Workable (ATS) and BambooHR.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in recruiting for Sales and Customer Success roles.
- Proven success in hiring within the DACH market.
- Full professional fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
- Business-minded, consultative approach to partnering with the business.
- Ability to move fast and maintain high quality in a high-growth environment.
- Must be based in Berlin, Germany.
