Salary: $170,000 - $205,000 per year

What you will do

• Build, develop, and retain a high-performing Infrastructure & Indirect Sourcing team supporting multiple global sites and business functions.
• Deliver measurable cost, efficiency, and supplier performance improvements across indirect and infrastructure spend categories.
• Establish scalable sourcing processes, governance, and operating models to support company growth and complexity.
• Support site launches, expansions, and production scaling milestones on schedule through sourcing activities.
• Reduce supplier, commercial, and operational risk via strategic supplier management and contingency planning.

Requirements

• Location: Must work onsite in San Carlos, CA, United States
• 8+ years experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or strategic sourcing roles.
• 3+ years of direct people management experience leading sourcing or supply chain teams.
• Experience managing sourcing strategy across multiple indirect, infrastructure, facilities, IT, or operational spend categories.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing, technology, robotics, automotive, aerospace, or industrial operations.

Nice to have

• Experience with facilities, construction, real estate, factory support, MRO, or IT infrastructure sourcing.
• Experience building sourcing organizations during rapid company growth.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning experience.
• Experience managing global suppliers and supporting international operations.
