Partner Manager (Sales)

Salary: $42.30–$52.90 CAD per hour

What you will do

• Own ongoing relationships with restaurant owners across an assigned region.
• Set business goals with merchants and monitor progress through regular phone and email communication.
• Promote additional products and services through prospecting, qualification, upselling, and closing.
• Deliver quarterly business reviews highlighting wins, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Reduce churn, support new store expansions, and improve customer satisfaction and product adoption.
• Collaborate with internal growth and operations teams to solve merchant objectives.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in client-facing and sales roles.
• 2+ years of sales experience with a consistent record of exceeding performance metrics.
• Persistence, passion for sales, and a dynamic communication style.
• Ability to understand customer needs, communicate operations processes, and adapt solutions to merchant goals.
• Comfort using data and sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Navigator, and Google Apps.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and work in an ambiguous, scaling environment.
