Principal Anaplan Solutions Architect (Anaplan)

Location: Remote within the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required. A dedicated home workspace and wired DSL or cable internet with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload are required. Satellite and wireless internet are not allowed.

Salary: $172,200–$236,900 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end Anaplan architecture and establish platform standards across Workforce Planning and Workforce Management.
• Design and implement Finance and HR modules for headcount costs, compensation, forecasting, hiring, attrition, and workforce analytics.
• Lead integration strategies with Workday, SAP, Oracle, Snowflake, and related integration tools and APIs.
• Define Anaplan security models, user roles, access controls, governance, reporting, and dashboard solutions.
• Advise Finance and HR leadership on the enterprise planning roadmap and align planning capabilities with enterprise architecture.
• Mentor architects and lead offshore and cross-functional teams through model development, testing, deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Anaplan experience, including model building, architecture, ALM, and security configuration.
• Experience supporting both Finance and HR planning or analytics, with strong knowledge of financial planning, workforce management, and organizational design.
• Experience with Workday, SAP, Oracle, Snowflake, and integration tools such as Oracle OIC, Informatica, MuleSoft, Anaplan Connect, or APIs.
• Proficiency with Power BI or Tableau and predictive modeling tools such as Python, R, or Azure ML.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence business and IT leaders.
• Must be able to work remotely within the United States and maintain a secure, interruption-free home office for protected health information.

Nice to have

• Anaplan Solution Architect or Master Anaplanner certification.
• Experience with Oracle PBCS, Oracle EPM, Adaptive Insights, or SAP BPC.
• Background in enterprise architecture, data strategy, IT business analysis, agile delivery, or product backlog management.
