Senior Consultant (Energy)

What you will do

• Lead consulting projects, design key deliverables, and adapt solutions to client needs.
• Build relationships with middle and top management and facilitate client workshops.
• Coach new hires and junior consultants and provide structured mentoring.
• Contribute to business development through proposals, commercial meetings, papers, and articles.
• Collaborate with sector and service working groups and lead internal projects.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Commercial Engineering.
• 3–6 years of experience as a consultant.
• Trilingual French, Dutch, and English; Dutch is required.
• Strong interest in the energy sector, data, and AI-related topics.
• Analytical, autonomous, dynamic, rigorous, collaborative, and results-oriented.
• Prepared to participate in temporary assignments abroad, including France and the Netherlands.

Nice to have

• Fluent German.
