Senior Analyst – BCG Vantage (Energy and Climate)

Location: Frankfurt, Düsseldorf, or München, Germany; occasional travel to serve clients onsite is expected.

What you will do

• Deliver energy and climate expertise, analysis, and insights to client cases, proposals, and workshops.
• Formulate research and analytical approaches for energy and climate-sector challenges and related technologies.
• Develop hirify.global Vantage intellectual property, including products, tools, data, frameworks, surveys, and workshops.
• Support commercialization through proposals, client workshops, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with case teams, clients, project leaders, and global topic leads, primarily supporting the German market.
• Assist with onboarding and training junior colleagues based on sector expertise.

Requirements

• 2+ years of consulting experience in energy and climate, or at least 3 years of relevant industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Fluency in German and English required.
• Strong business acumen, problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in virtual and agile environments and navigate complexity and ambiguity.
• AI-native working style, including day-to-day use of Claude and ChatGPT.

Nice to have

• 4–6+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Consulting experience in the energy and climate sectors.
• Advanced degree.
