What you will do

• Deliver client value using individual expertise and BCG Vantage assets (products, tools, frameworks).
• Contribute to cases and proposals by providing relevant analysis and strategic insights.
• Design and develop solutions through onsite client engagement to understand specific requirements.
• Support commercialization efforts via client workshops and marketing materials.
• Develop intellectual property and assets to enhance business capabilities.
• Assist in onboarding and training junior colleagues based on sector expertise.

Requirements

• 2+ years of consulting experience in energy and climate, or 3-6+ years of industry experience.
• Bachelor's Degree (advanced degree preferred).
• Fluency in German and English.
• AI native proficiency (day-to-day work with Claude, ChatGPT expected).
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
