Squad Master/Product Owner Current Accounts & Packs (Fintech)

What you will do

• Manage the squad backlog, feature intake, stand-ups, sprint planning, stakeholder communication, quarterly business review requests, and retrospectives.
• Own the evolution of current account products and packs, balancing customer experience, market differentiation, recurring fee income, and risk appetite.
• Deepen expertise in current accounts and oversee the business processes supporting the domain.
• Shape digital customer journeys and intervene in associated deliveries to improve the overall experience.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across the organization and support the squad in achieving strategic goals.
• Coach squad members and help them develop their skills and domain knowledge.

• Proactive ownership of short- and long-term squad expectations and priorities.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently inside and outside the squad.
• Supportive leadership and coaching abilities.
• Curiosity and attention to detail when learning a complex current account domain.

• Accountability for prioritizing high-value features and maintaining customer and employee experience within risk requirements.
