What you will do

• Define the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for manufacturing products such as MES, S/4HANA, and IoT energy monitoring.
• Translate complex business needs into clear product requirements and prioritize the backlog based on value and operational impact.
• Champion the use of AI to foster a data-driven culture and increase efficiency within the IT function.
• Take end-to-end ownership of product areas across production, maintenance, energy, EH&S, and IT/OT.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure on-time and in-budget delivery.
• Oversee implementation, testing, deployment, and security compliance processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Several years of experience in IT product or project management within complex environments.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing business processes, specifically in production and maintenance.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA or ECC (specifically PM, PP, and/or QM modules).
• Solid knowledge of SDLC, release management, and cybersecurity principles.
• Experience scaling Proofs of Concept into impactful solutions across large, global manufacturing landscapes.
