Product Manager Manufacturing (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based in Kapelle-op-den-Bos, Belgium

What you will do

• Define the vision, roadmap, requirements, backlog, and lifecycle for digital manufacturing products.
• Own product areas across production, maintenance, energy, EH&S, and IT/OT.
• Lead implementation, testing, deployment, change management, and user adoption with internal teams and external partners.
• Use AI and advanced analytics to improve production insights, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure product availability, reliability, performance, patching, upgrades, documentation, and lifecycle management.
• Coordinate stakeholders, communicate roadmaps and KPIs, and maintain cybersecurity, audit, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, engineering, computer science, or a related discipline.
• Several years of experience in IT product management, IT project management, or comparable roles in complex environments.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, especially production and maintenance.
• Knowledge of IT governance, cybersecurity, application lifecycle management, SDLC, release management, and environment coordination.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA or ECC, particularly PM, PP, and/or QM modules.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, ownership, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Experience or strong interest in industrial, manufacturing, utilities, or OT-heavy environments.
• Experience scaling proofs of concept into production-ready solutions across large global manufacturing landscapes.
