What you will do

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand starter personas, motivations, and financial behaviors.
• Define and refine end-to-end customer journeys and value propositions tailored to young adults (25-35).
• Translate insights into problem statements, hypotheses, and prototypes, iterathirify.global based on user testhirify.global.
• Collaborate with product owners and delivery teams to translate solutions into backlog items and acceptance criteria.
• Manage stakeholders across compliance, legal, and markethirify.global to ensure regulatory standards and consistent narrative.
• Track and analyze key KPIs for acquisition, engagement, feature usage, and retention.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Growth Manager, Value Proposition Manager, or Product Manager.
• Current residency in Belgium and a valid workhirify.global visa.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Proven experience in customer journey management, lifecycle markethirify.global, and journey mapphirify.global.
• Ability to translate high-level strategy into concrete execution and testable solutions.

• Proficiency in Dutch and/or French.
