Location: Brussels, Belgium; motivated relocation to Brussels under the VIE programme is required

What you will do
- Own and manage the product backlog, aligning priorities with business objectives and customer needs.
- Gather, analyze, and challenge requirements, then translate them into user stories and functional specifications.
- Define product priorities based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
- Work with development teams during Agile sprints to clarify requirements and validate delivered features.
- Contribute to the product vision, roadmap, continuous improvement, and Agile ceremonies.
- Support user acceptance testing and coordinate communication between business and technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Functional Analysis, or Digital Product Management.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum environments, backlog management, user story writing, and product prioritization.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and analytical skills.
- Fluent French and English are mandatory; relocation to Brussels under the VIE programme is required.

- Knowledge of UX principles, data-driven decision-making, or product analytics.
