What you will do
- Design and optimize end-to-end digital lend journeys to maximize conversion and customer satisfaction.
- Drive growth for Easy Lend products through online and digital channels.
- Translate business strategy into actionable initiatives within cross-functional agile squads.
- Utilize data and performance insights to prioritize improvements and identify opportunities.
- Ensure all journeys comply with regulatory, risk, and data requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across product, risk, sales, and IT teams.
Requirements
- Native proficiency in French or Dutch.
- Fluent English (C1).
- Strong customer and digital mindset focused on online user journeys.
- Experience in process optimization and digital product development.
- Proven analytical skills and data-driven decision-mak ability.
- Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments.
